What Is Workplace Giving? 

Workplace Giving is a simple and powerful way for employees to support their community through regular payroll deductions. How It Works

Your organization partners with United Way to run a workplace campaign, typically over a few days or weeks. We provide everything you need: materials, talking points, and support every step of the way. 

Employees hear real stories and see real results! How their donations help local children succeed in school, stabilize families in crisis, support mental health, and build a stronger, healthier St. Johns and Putnam Counties. 

Each employee decides how they want to contribute. Whether through easy payroll deductions, a one-time donation, or online giving. It’s flexible and empowering. 

All donations are invested locally into vetted nonprofit programs that create lasting impact in our communities. Donors can even choose to support a specific cause that matters most to them.
