Now Accepting Partner Agency Applications!

Thank you for your interest in partnering with United Way of St. Johns County!

Applications can be made between now and October 1, 2019, for nonprofits in Putnam and/or St. Johns County that wish to become a Certified Partner Agency of United Way-SJC. This application process is for organizations that are not currently a United Way Certified Partner Agency. For acceptance, the organization must be in compliance with all Eligibility Criteria and agree to comply with the Membership Standards as listed in the agreement document.

Although there are additional items, the following must be included in the application: documentation that the nonprofit corporation is incorporated in Florida, 501(c)(3), authorization by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to solicit funds and the organization must provide human services to Putnam and/or St. Johns County residents. Human services are those services provided directly to individuals or families experiencing difficulty in meeting their basic human needs.
